Appointments

We ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, that you please call and cancel the appointment so we can offer this to someone else. If people do not turn up for their appointment, then this slot is wasted. 

In September 253 appointments were wasted and in October 260 appointments were wasted by people not turning up.

NHS App – COVID Vaccination Status

People in England who have had a full course of the COVID-19 vaccine will be able to demonstrate their COVID-19 vaccination status for international travel. A full course is currently two doses of any approved vaccine. People can prove their vaccination status: 

  • in the NHS App
  • through nhs.uk 
  • by ringing 119 to get a letter

People are being asked not to contact their GP practice. 

We ask that NHS Patients, staff and visitors must continue to wear face coverings in healthcare settings and continue to follow social distancing rules.

COVID vaccinations

We are really pleased that so many people have had their vaccinations, please do encourage your family and friends to have theirs too. 

We will continue to contact our patients when we have vaccination clinics but you are also able to book an appointment in advance using the National Covid Vaccine Booking Service or by calling 119.
